Meet the AllMed Client Services Team
Jason Shaw, Client Services Manager
Jason joined the AllMed team in 2012 as a Client Services Coordinator. Applying his 6 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, Jason became an integral part of the Client Services function and was promoted to Client Services Manager. Jason is responsible for leading the organizational culture of service by training and managing the Client Services team to ensure consistently excellent customer satisfaction. Jason has earned a BA in Communications from the University of Puget Sound.
Kristin Todd, Client Services Coordinator
Kristin joined the AllMed Team in January 2015 as a medical review processor before moving to our client services team. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend Portland State University in June 2014 with degrees in Social Science and Business Administration. She is applying her 6 years of combined experience in customer service and business administration to building relationships with clients and colleagues in order to promote and protect excellence and integrity in our products and reputation.
Megan Dominguez, Client Services Coordinator
Megan joined the AllMed team in March of 2015 as a Client Services Coordinator. With a combined four years of experience in customer service, sales and sales support, she is thrilled to now be a part of AllMed’s customer service team. She is excited to apply her experience and further develop client relationships. Megan moved to the Northwest to attend Seattle Pacific University, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
